A global platform is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support its growing services business in Bali. The platform enhances the guest experience by offering premium in-home services such as chefs, photography, massage, and personal training across 260+ cities worldwide.

In this role, you will help grow the local network of service providers by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality partners through in-person outreach and relationship building.

• You will identify and connect with potential service hosts through in-person outreach, local networking, community engagement, and targeted research.
• You will conduct persuasive, face-to-face sales conversations to introduce Airbnb Services and convert interest into qualified host submissions.
• You will guide new hosts through initial onboarding steps and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth start.
• You will maintain and organize a pipeline of leads across multiple channels, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
• You will gather and report market insights, including feedback from hosts and local trends, to inform outreach and growth strategies.
   

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, community engagement, or field outreach roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in cold outreach and in-person conversations
• A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and closing leads in dynamic environments
• Experience working with small business owners, independent contractors, or local service providers
• Familiarity with Bali’s local communities, neighborhoods, and popular communication platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously
• A professional, authentic communication style both in person and in writing
