Company Description

We have partnered with a public technology client that develops hardware and software for a variety of business sectors including architecture, engineering, and construction.

They are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is primarily responsible for driving sales revenue and profit. 

Job Description

  • Contributing to increasing sales revenue and profit.
  • Support existing customers to utilize our solutions.
  • Promote our various solutions to the Japanese market in order to sell licenses and services.
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations widely and develop new markets and customers.
  • Plan seminars and invite customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Co-marketing with business partners.
  • Provide dedicated support to existing customers and promote maintenance, license and service business.
  • Support localization work together with technical team members.
  • Explain our policies and contracts accurately to customers and partners.
  • Collect the payment following the prescribed conditions.
  • Investigate illegal license usage and legalize them.
  • Provide requirements of the local market to headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Have a sales mind, can accurately identify high-quality customers, and accurately predict and report the dynamics of high-quality customers.
  • Have the ability to lead complex solution sales discussions to higher value closure.
  • Have the ability to withstand frustration and challenges.
  • Ability to engage Enterprise End Users.
  • Ability to work as a team in the interest of shared goals and adapt to the fast-paced work style.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
  • Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Japanese  

Additional Information

The position requires the candidate to work onsite at the Osaka or Tokyo office.
