Our Enterprise client, a leading provider of high-quality, diverse datasets for AI model development, is seeking experienced Quality Assurance Specialists. In this final validation role, you will review completed transcription tasks before delivery to the client. Your accuracy is critical, as your work directly impacts the development of the AI speech recognition models.

This is exclusively a quality assurance position and not a transcription role.

• Review full audio files for segmentation accuracy
• Validate transcription accuracy and completeness
• Check spelling and formatting compliance
• Verify accent identification
• Ensure full adherence to project guidelines
• Identify errors and provide corrections as needed

• Must be physically located in Poland
• Proven experience as a QA reviewer on transcription projects
• Prior experience reviewing segmented audio and transcripts
• Experience with acoustic data annotation
• Native-level proficiency in the target language
• Strong English reading comprehension
• Strong knowledge of spelling conventions
• High attention to detail
• Ability to apply detailed guidelines consistently
• Stable internet connection
