We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to strengthen our data reporting capabilities and enhance internal application user experiences. This role will focus on designing and building centralized internal tools that generate high-quality, reliable data for analytics and reporting across teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data engineering, system architecture, and production-grade application development. You will lead technical design decisions, guide engineering efforts, and ensure scalable, well-orchestrated data and deployment workflows.

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable system architectures for internal data and application platforms
• Build and maintain centralized data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
• Develop internal applications to improve data accessibility and user experience
• Lead technical direction and provide guidance to engineering team members
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployment workflows
• Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, deployment, and documentation

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python development experience
• Advanced SQL expertise
• Proficiency with Bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Experience with dbt or strong SQL-based data transformation frameworks
• Experience building and managing workflows with Apache Airflow
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
• Demonstrated system architecture experience
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead
• Proven experience shipping multiple production-grade products or systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Experience building internal data applications using Streamlit
2. Experience developing centralized internal tools for analytics and reporting
