An enterprise client is seeking a Luxe Home Consultant to act as a luxury quality spotter, ensuring their homes in Bermuda consistently meet impeccable guest standards.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough onsite home assessments with a detailed report provided to you
  • Uphold our luxury and quality standards
  • Foster strong relationships with Hosts
  • Be responsive to emails and MediaBox scheduling

Qualifications

  • Background in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing assignments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English

Additional Information

  • This role involves in-person, on-site home consultations
  • To be eligible for assignments, availability of at least 4 days per week with 4-hour availability windows on those days is required
  • Availability should generally align with standard business hours
  • Home consultations last approximately 2 hours on average, depending on the number of rooms, plus travel time to reach the location
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations is required
  • Work volumes may fluctuate throughout the duration of the project and are not assured. Some weeks may see significant workloads, while others may be quieter.
