As a member of their Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on their future success by supporting their customers in solving strategic business challenges using their platform solutions. This is a hands-on technical consultant role that can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles. You will work in partnership with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

    Job Description

    What You'll Do:

    • The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position, and provide the platform as a solution for customers’ business objectives during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
    • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
    • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and internal colleagues.
    • Provide feedback to product management about enhancements that can address customer needs and deliver additional value.
    • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
    • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

    Qualifications

    What You'll Need to Have:

    • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
    • Deep proficiency with enterprise workflow or cloud platforms, or demonstrated technical expertise with other enterprise cloud software solutions
    • Proven experience leveraging AI (or critically evaluating its application) to enhance work processes, decision-making, automation, or problem-solving — this includes using AI-powered tools, interpreting AI-driven insights, or assessing AI’s strategic impact on the function/industry
    • Strong track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services teams
    • Excellent territory management skills, including pipeline development and partnering closely with Sales counterparts to drive execution excellence
    • Ability to prioritize high-value activities, manage multiple complex projects concurrently, and rapidly resolve process breakdowns
    • Calm, focused effectiveness in dynamic or ambiguous environments, with demonstrated enthusiasm for adopting new technologies early
    • Exceptional communication skills: able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, deliver compassionate yet direct feedback, build consensus, and actively seek feedback to enhance self-awareness and performance
    • Contribute meaningfully to the organization’s vision and strategy
    • Willingness to travel as needed
