Job Description

As a Frontend Engineer, you will:
● Develop Core Features: Design and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.js and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Recoil, or Context API).
● Architect Scalable Code: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
● Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
● Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work within an Agile environment, partnering with Product Managers and Backend Engineers to integrate seamlessly.
● Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress) to maintain high code quality and stability.
● Drive Innovation: Stay current with the latest front-end trends and AI-driven UI patterns to continuously improve our development workflow and product offerings.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need:

● Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related or equivalent work experience required.
● React Expertise: 3+ years of professional experience building complex web applications with React.js (including Hooks, Functional Components, and Lifecycle methods).
● Core Fundamentals: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or CSS-in-JS tools like Styled Components).
● Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflow tools like GitHub or GitLab.
● Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams in an ET-aligned schedule.
