Job Description
LifeTies, Inc. is currently recruiting part time licensed providers to join our teams. The minimum requirements include- NJ state licensing as a LSW/LAC who have experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Job Responsibilities:
● Provide individual and group therapies to youth/young adults with the goal of symptom reduction, individual skill development and restoring or maintaining youth and family functioning.
● Provide an array of therapeutic interventions for skills development in the following areas: negotiation and conflict resolution; effective coping; healthy limit-setting, stress and anger management; self-care; symptom management, problem solving; and skills to foster self-fulfillment.
● Treatment team collaboration; translation support
● Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and within required time frame including progress notes and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
● An active NJ license is required (LSW/LCSW; LAC/LPC; LMFT)
● Must pass criminal background check and child abuse background check.
● Must have a valid driver’s license.
● Must have a minimum of 3 years working with children/adolescents/families
● Must have excellent communication skills written and verbal

● $55,000 starting salary
● $3000 Sign-On Bonus
● Paid weekly supervision for licensure
● Training time for continuing education courses
● 1-2 remote days per week for documentation and treatment planning
