LifeTies, Inc. is currently recruiting full time licensed clinician to join our team.  The minimum requirements include- NJ state licensing as a LSW/LAC who have experience working with youth, young adults and families.

*Position offers 8-16 hours of remote working each week'

* $1500 Sign on Bonus paid in 2 installments- inquire for details.

Job Responsibilities:

●       Provide individual and group therapies to youth/young adults and their families with the goal of symptom reduction, individual skill development and restoring or maintaining youth and family functioning.

●       Provide an array of therapeutic interventions for skills development in the following areas: negotiation and conflict resolution; effective coping; healthy limit-setting, stress and anger management; self-care; symptom management, problem solving; and skills to foster self-fulfillment.

●       Treatment Planning and team collaboration; translating support for youth and families

●       Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and within required time frame including progress notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

●       An active NJ license is required (LSW/LCSW; LAC/LPC; LMFT)

●       Must pass criminal background check and child abuse background check.

●       Must have a valid driver’s license.

●       Must have a minimum of 3 years working with children/adolescents/families

●       Must have excellent communication skills written and verbal
