Job Description

Clinical

  • Participate in weekly clinical team case management meetings
  •  Conduct weekly individual and group sessions for youth- 3-6 hours per week
  •  Responsible for the administration of clinical, behavioral or program assessment
  • Responsible for the administration of clinical, behavioral or program assessments
  • Responsible for writing treatment plans

Programmatic

  • Community networking and advocacy
  • Respond to all crisis situations
     

Qualifications

The Residential Therapist must be a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). Must have three years of experience working with youth along with experience working with the populations served. The Residential Therapist must have a valid driver’s license; pass a criminal background check and all other agency requirements.

Accountability:The Residential Therapist reports to the Director of Group Home Services; and collaborates with all members of the Group Home Administrative and Case Management Teams.

Employee Classification:  Part-time (20 hours a week).
