Join the Day Support team at Basingstoke, who will help you discover your way to progressing or starting a career in Health and Social Care.

As a support worker, you will be supporting adults with autism and challenging behaviour, with everything from daily living and personal care to horse riding, cinema trips, and even popping to the local pub!

You will support adults to make choices and decisions, live each day to the fullest and develop life skills along the way. Of course, there will be some challenges, however, we'll give you extensive induction, and full training to ensure you can deal with these confidently.

We use modern positive behaviour support approaches based within PROACT-SCIPr-UK. This is embedded in absolutely everything that we do! We consistently receive ‘Good’ ratings from the CQC.
