Company Description

Who is LiSA?

LiSA makes shopping an immersive experience instead of a necessary evil. Some of the world's best brands (Marks and Spencer, LÓreal, P&G and Coach) use our software to power their social commerce story.

“We are family” is the scariest thing you can see on a job description. But LiSA actually has family across the team. Our story began with a couple trying to modernise a multigenerational traditional retail store in Dusseldorf, German. Now we are growing internationally and remote first with a focus on keeping our friendly culture.

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minute chat with the People and Talent Team to cover core skills and logistics
  • 30 minute call with your direct team member(s) to dive into the role
  • 1 hour task where you present a take home task so you can show instead of tell.
  • 15 min call where we give you final feedback and ask any lingering questions

Job Description

You have a Drapers subscription, listen to the Jason & Scot podcast as well as bookmark Retail Week. Basically you geek out on everything #ecommerce #socialcommerce and #liveshopping.

You will be comfortable writing long form whitepaper copy all the way to snappy CTA updates on Linkedin. Since you know the retail space already, you will hit the ground running and fill the content backlog on Asana with great initial ideas.

We know copywriters can be frustrated with overly prescriptive guidelines, LiSA are still finding their voice so the team will be listening to you a lot.
