Our Client, a leading Telecommunications and Power Infrastructure services company with operations across Nigeria and West Africa is seeking to recruit exceptional and highly motivated professional to fill this positions:

Ref No: OCL/EMR/CFO:

Responsibilities:

Assume Strategic leadership of the entire finance/accounts functions and its portfolio companies.

Be a resource for financial modeling for all big opportunities and prospective projects and be able to arrange funding locally and internationally.

Must have experience in raising international project finance for infrastructure and PPP projects.

Ensure timely delivery of monthly group financial reports/reviews, appraisal and analysis of portfolio companies performance, in compliance with management and regulatory requirement.

Interface with the auditors, tax authorities, banks and regulatory agencies

Qualification and experience:

Chartered Accountant with minimum of 12 years cumulative experiences, 5 of which must have been in a managerial role with membership of ACCA/ICAN.

Previous work experience with any of the big five accounting/business management consulting firms (KPMG, Accenture, Ernst and young, deloitte, price water house copper is preferable

Must possess strategic perspective and strong analytical skills. Should be conversant with ERP accounts solutions system (Microsoft Navision or equivalent).
