Responsibilities:

Project cost control and reduction and building educational and residential structures.

Proven supervisory track of not less than 3 years in building and construction

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in handling complex construction projects.

Working knowledge of CAD and others standard engineering computer software, and must be familiar with Auto CAD 2007

Qualification/Experience:

3 years experience or above

Bachelors in Structural/Civil engineering, MNSE, MNISTRUCT, membership of appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.
