A property development company based in Abuja requires the services of young, challenge driven and result oriented individuals to apply for this position:

Responsibilities:

Effectively manager multiple projects

Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

Manage project development form initiation to closure

Be accountable for project result along with project manager

Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.

Qualification;

First degree in any building related discipline

Applicants must also possess at least 5 years post NYSC experience in the related filed

Demonstrated use of project management software is an added advantage

Sufficient on site experience

Familiarity with project management tool s and/software packages

Good analytical and numerical skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Applicants must not be over 32 years.
