Responsibilities:

Running the operations department of the company

Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantity

Perform risk, value management and cost control

Advise on procurement strategy.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a first degree in quantity surveying from a reputable university, membership of a professional body will be and added advantage

Applicants must also possess at least 10 years post NYSC experience from a reputable organization in related fields.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication skills

Good analytical and numerical skills
