Responsibilities:

The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:

The provision of professional legal advice to management on all legal and contractual relationships

Handling of all legal issues involving debt recovery.

Handling of all contractual responsibilities involving the company and business

Issue correspondences for and on behalf of the MD/CE to contractors, Legal consultants, and other companies having consultants, and other companies having transactions with the company.

Requirements:

The suitable candidates must possess

LLB, BL (Law)

A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in business law practice

Must not be more than 33 years

Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision

Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed.

Must be hardworking, willing to learn and with a high level of attention for details
