Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Coordinate Scorecard & Performance management and staff Appraisal
  • Custodian of Service improvement process/ Strategy
  • Drafting HR Documentation such as acceptance of resignation, termination of appointment, raising queries and warning letters etc
  • Assist in Co-coordinating recruitment, Employment letters/ Contracts,  Confirmation / Extension of Appointment / staff Induction
  • Monitoring staff movement & Attendance
  • Staff /Client Training coordination
  • Prepare, open, organize, maintain, review and process legal documents, case files and papers, such as, complaints, appeals, motions, pre-trial agreements & trials.
  • Taking Minutes notes and follow-up on agreed action points
  • Contract drafting, review & management and document review
  • Corporate due diligence and act as company secretary when required
  • Attend legal meetings & give legal advice and litigation support, such as client interviews, hearings, or depositions, and take notes.
  • Assist in completing various forms, such as accident & Insurance reports, trial and courtroom requests, and applications for clients where required.
  • Handling all MTN CUG documentation and legal matters
  • Assist in general Administration and Supervision of the Head Office Handling of the company’s global insurance.
  • Staff & Visitors Travel Management- docs/ Visa processing, Ticket & Hotel booking etc
  • Asset management & Resource Allocation
