Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Scorecard & Performance management and staff Appraisal
- Custodian of Service improvement process/ Strategy
- Drafting HR Documentation such as acceptance of resignation, termination of appointment, raising queries and warning letters etc
- Assist in Co-coordinating recruitment, Employment letters/ Contracts, Confirmation / Extension of Appointment / staff Induction
- Monitoring staff movement & Attendance
- Staff /Client Training coordination
- Prepare, open, organize, maintain, review and process legal documents, case files and papers, such as, complaints, appeals, motions, pre-trial agreements & trials.
- Taking Minutes notes and follow-up on agreed action points
- Contract drafting, review & management and document review
- Corporate due diligence and act as company secretary when required
- Attend legal meetings & give legal advice and litigation support, such as client interviews, hearings, or depositions, and take notes.
- Assist in completing various forms, such as accident & Insurance reports, trial and courtroom requests, and applications for clients where required.
- Handling all MTN CUG documentation and legal matters
- Assist in general Administration and Supervision of the Head Office Handling of the company’s global insurance.
- Staff & Visitors Travel Management- docs/ Visa processing, Ticket & Hotel booking etc
- Asset management & Resource Allocation
