Our company, a fast growing integrated investment banking firm with head office in Victoria island, Lagos is embarking on a strategic search for greater impact. We seek to engage the best of hands in this position:

Origination and structuring of debt capital market transaction (loans and bonds.

Developing strategic approach to strengthen existing funding sources as well as building new ones.

Negotiating and arranging new primary bond issues, loans (both syndicated and non-syndicated0

Developing funding strategy and plan for the team.

Minimum of first degree in any management or social sciences fields from a reputable university (2nd degree added advantage)

A minimum of 5 years of recent investment banking experience in related role.

Good understanding of the economic drivers of structured finance transactions.

Strong affinity to credit risk analysis in structured finance transaction

Proven track record in a variety of structured finance transaction

Proven experience in strategic management

Excellent report writing skills.

Good interpersonal skills.
