Qualification:

Impressive experience in commercial contract review/drafting and negotiation or any related legal issues.

Knowledge of legal and contractual laws governing projects

Competent in written and oral communication in English.

High proficiency in MS office applications.

Ability to work in MS office application.

Ability to work in a team oriented environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

LL.M, B.L, with at least 5 ears post call experience.
