Our company is a well-established real estate and property development firm located in Lagos. We need suitable candidates for this position:

To control and manage the site engineering department.

Take ownership of the responsibilities to ensure the correct design, inclusive of change is allowed.

To ensure the construction project follows the required design, using the correct materials, to the required quality in a safe manner.

To ensure all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project.

Oversee the day to day running of the site.

Representing the company towards the client and consultants on site, inclusive of attendance of site meetings, with regard to the technical operations

A good first degree in Building/Civil engineering or equivalent from a reputable university or polytechnic.

A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in similar position is desired.

Must be able to interpret structural drawings with precision

Must have eyes for details and not be prone to errors.

Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
