Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria

Preparation and registration of all the legal documents.

Dealing with title issuers as they arise.

Advice on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents.

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Law LLM will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 8 years experience in managing real estate and property legal matters.

Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.
