Advocacy, mediation and arbitration

Knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory framework

Legal drafting

Legislation and compliance

Legislative intelligence and advisory

Litigation management.

Alternate dispute resolution techniques

Knowledge of Nigerian laws

Knowledge of contract negotiation and drafting of sponsorship and general contracts.

 

First degree in law with an MBA/professional certification added advantage.

Minimum experience –eight (8) years work experience in commercial, corporate, civil and entertainment law.
