Job Description

The procurement office will assist in ensuring appropriate and efficient policies and procedures governing procurement, office management an general administration support on program activities are adequately implemented. The jobholder will provide support in procurement activities for Pact’s office and sub-grantees, making timely payments to vendors and for other projects related expenses such as telephone, travel etc.

The jobholder will provide support in preparation of bid analysis, negotiation memos, purchase orders and other procurement documents in accordance with Pact’s and donor policies and procedures. The jobholder will provide support with pact Nigeria inventory management.

The jobholder will assist with the maintenance of all equipment.

Qualifications

B.Sc in public administration, business administration, management or any other relevant field.

At least 3 years relevant experience in office management

Proven experience in procurement process
