Our client is an Engineering and technical service provider to oil and gas industry. The country with its operational base in Lagos due to expansion and a new structure being put in place, now seeks to recruit experience and competent professional for the following positions:

The head, human resources management will have the responsibilities for planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development as well as performance management

The ideal candidate must be degree qualified and possibly with an MBA,

Possession of relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage.

She must have minimum of 10 years work experience out of which at least 5 must have been spent in a managerial position in a service industry.

She must also be a self starter and must have worked in similar position in a best practice environment.
