Effectively supervise the operations and resources of the ICT unit following industry best practices.

Define, develop and periodically review techniques to improve the ICT service delivery.

Develop working relationships with various departments to ensure that ICT resources are efficiently and effectively utilized to ensure business continuity.

Ensure that the established ICT governance and compliance polices and procedures and effectively and professionally practiced.

Ensure that service being provided by third party service providers are not only within the terms of their respective SLA but meets and preferably exceeds expectations

Prepare progress and other reports to managements in a timely and professional manner.

A good first degree in Electronic or computer engineering or any other relevant field

An appropriate post graduate qualification shall be an added advantage

ITIL V3 certification or similar shall also be an advantage.
