He will oversee the managements of the hotel to ensure efficiency, quality service and effective management of human and material resources.

 

A good first degree or MBA plus hospitality industry training certification.

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques.

Ability to analyze financial data and interpret it.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Experience in policy formulation and ability to effective manage staff strength of over 60.

Minimum of 10 years experience in management of at least 3 star hotels within or outside Nigeria.
