Reporting to HR Head.
University Degree in HR.
Through knowledge of all the labour laws and procedures.
He will handle all the HR activities of Nigerian personnel including planning, recruiting, training and maintains a safe and secure work environment.
Benefits and employee motivation and manage employee information. He will be responsible for overseeing and entrenching proper administrative practices, policies and standards set by company including equipment and office maintenance and adequacy of work tools.
To liaise with government Labour departments and trade union as and when required
Qualifications
Experience 12 to 15 years in large manufacturing company.
Experience in MNCs and or foreign conglomerates will be an added advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Age 40- 45 years.
