We are a leading diversified business conglomerate in Nigeria with major operations in real estate, investment, finance, manufacturing, flour milling, biscuit making, agriculture, soft drinks brewing and bottling, packaging, and shipping and partnerships with renowned international organizations in the area of ports operations. We are seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the following positions within the group and in some of our operating companies.

Reporting to the financial controller, this role is responsible for the supervision of the accounting functions according to generally accepted accounting principles, established procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the unit organizations.

Day to day management of the financial and management accounting processes including payroll,

Implement approved accounting processes, systems and controls for products and service.

Plan, organize and implement accounting operations and objectives, coordinate and integrate all activities towards achievement of established goals and objectives.

Plan, manage, coordinate, and implement the year end closing processes and procedures for that assigned accounting records.

Liaise with the company auditors.

A first degree in accounting from a reputable university.

A master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Professional accounting qualification and membership of a recognized professional body.

Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in business, and regulatory requirements applicable in the manufacturing and/or FMCG sector is critical.
