We are a leading diversified business conglomerate in Nigeria with major operations in real estate, investment, finance, manufacturing, flour milling, biscuit making, agriculture, soft drinks brewing and bottling, packaging, and shipping and partnerships with renowned international organizations in the area of ports operations. We are seeking to recruit qualified professionals to fill the following positions within the group and in some of our operating companies.

Location: Lagos and Ibadan

Reporting to the General Manager, properties, the job holders will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and residential either in Lagos or Ibadan.

Establishes rental rate by survey in local rental rates calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes and profit goals.

Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases, collecting security deposit.

Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.

Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services, supervising repairs. Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.

 

Degree in Estate management or facility management. A post –graduate degree in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Membership of relevant professional bodies.

Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in property management.

Good communication and report writing and computer skills.
