Our client a prominent company in the aerospace industry is seeking the right candidates to fill in the following positions.

• The financial controller oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the company finance function if organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts.
• Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team.
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows.
• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
• Preparation of monthly consolidated Pand L and balance sheet.
• Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports.
• Implementation and maintenance of all financial controls and systems within the business.
• Cash management and treasury duties.
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
• Overseeing the payroll process.
• Overseeing all tax regulatory compliance issues.

• More than 10 years experience in similar position
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience.
• Experience in aviation industry would be advantageous
• You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing an accounting team.
• The candidate should be a confident self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
• You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.
• Computer literate with excellent excel skills and solid understanding of relevant accounting software principles.
