A reputable fast growing real estate Development Company with head office in Lagos and projects in Lagos, Abuja, Ondo and Ogun state and diversified portfolios in manufacturing, human capital development and transportation, requires invocative and result oriented person for immediate employment:

• Manage projects from planning, design implementation to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness, including ability to define he project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Responsible for respective project operation including planning, coordinating monitoring and implementing the project from conception of compaction.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, track projects deliverables, monitoring project on quality, cost and time within project budget.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Oversee the implementation of project from start to finish and managing all personnel within the project.
• Controlling and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget.

• Candidate must possess at least master’s degree architecture or related degrees.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably senior managers specializing in project real estate or equivalent.
• Well versed with building by-laws and related laws governing construction and property development.
• Good technical and project management abilities with good understanding of design detailing, building regulation and project implementation.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, and Microsoft project) preferably.
• Strong track record of successfully completed projects in high rise large scale mixed development/commercial building projects would be an advantage.
