A large real Estate Management and Construction company with operational base in Lagos requires for immediate employment into the following vacancies experienced and motivated high flyers and team leaders:

• Project Management of High Rise building construction and infrastructure project on behalf of the company.
• Liaising with building contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers. Architects and Engineers to ensure sound logistics and planning coordination for project completion.
• Project execution to time and cost and quality by applying the necessary project management tools with adaptability to local situations.
• Coordination of all project Management team and equipment, materials and resources and on behalf of the company.

• First Degree or Higher degree in Building, Civil, Architecture with relevant project management qualification.
• 8-10 years experience at supervisory and management of all trades on the building site at a Grade ‘A’ construction company on large projects.
