• The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for user interface details as well as the ability to write clean and efficient application code.
• This candidate will be able to cut up an artist's design to build Flex applications and websites using Photoshop, Adobe Flex 3.X+, HTML/XHTML, ASP.NET and CSS.  
• Website samples and portfolio are required. 

• MUST HAVE PROVEN experience in web application development/design
• At least 1-3 years experience of collaborative web development methodologies.
• OND in Computer Science or related field, or any qualification in an ICT training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• knowledge of the community based web applications and trends .
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint is essential
•  Profiicency in the use of Adobe CS5 Photoshop, Flex/Flash Builder, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008 will be an added advantage.

MUST BE EXTREMELY GOOD IN GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ANIMATION
