Job Description
- Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Responsible for the performance, coaching, reward and development of the sales team in your territory.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a pharmaceutical Company.
- Must possess strong people and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to think out of the box
- M.B.A is an added advantage.
