The service of an estate manager is urgently required to manage 12 Nos High End serviced flats in Abuja.

• Management and supervision of the entire property.
• Coordinate and manage all activity of contractors, suppliers and artisans to ensure they adhere to all site requirements.
• Overall responsibility for the upkeep of entire property to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required.
• Ensure daily management of estate infrastructure, and respond to tenants concerns and grievances in a timely manner, thus ensuring tenants are satisfied.
• Coordinate and improve security processes and activities at all the flats.

• A Bachelor degree in Facilities Managements, Estate Management or any other related field, an M.Sc is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
