Minimum bachelors degree or high in business administration or a relevant field, and 7 years experience in USAID grant design and administration, management and oversight.

Demonstrable experience managing grant under contracts or sub-grant for USAID or other international donor-funded projects.

Experience with the administrative, financial, and programmatic aspect of issuing grants.

Ability to work diverse teams.
