Carry out recruitment of Sales Agents.

Constantly train the agents on products, sales technique, culture and the business process of the company.

Trains the agents, carry out market research, competitor and customer survey and develop ideas as well create offers for direct clients.

- HND /B.Sc. Marketing, insurance, Business Administration or any related discipline.

Minimum of4 years cognate work experience in an agency or retail business set up.
