Deloitte Consulting seek to recruit well qualified organizational development advisors for current health systems strengthening project in Nigeria

Provide technical expertise in organizational development and capacity building based on the needs and situation in the respective state.

Support the development and implementation of project strategies in these areas within the respective state

Support the development of technical documents, abstracts, presentations and other reports documenting the achievements, lessons learned, and other findings related to the project.

Provide technical expertise in the following areas: mainstreaming HIV/AIDS services; strategic planning and organizational development processes

Assess and develop HR systems and functions for state organizations as necessary

Deliver state capacity building events and interventions, incorporating new and innovative capacity building approaches as appropriate

Complete performance assessment, including quality improvement systems and measurement for organizations in the respective state

Masters's degree in organizational development, health planning and management, public health, business administration, or other related field

At least 5-7 years experience with USAID funded programs focused on strengthening the capacity of civil society or government institutions. Nigerian experience preferred

Expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, financial management, leadership development , coaching, process management and other areas aimed at improving individual and organizational performance.

Strong facilitation and mentoring skills, and evidence of their application

Solid understanding of USAID definitions and directions in health systems strengthening

Strong demonstrated experience to manage staff to deliver on time
