A leader in the FMCG sector is seeking a highly competitive, focused and goal driven professional to join her Transport and Logistics team

Achieve carriage Savings Target through Distribution, Load, Network, Yard and other optimization Best Practices deployment.

Attain and maintain effective Service level attainment (On time delivery)

Establish sustainable 3rd Party Logistics Haulage Management scheme thriving on System, Processes and Reliability 

Select, develop, execute and deploy competent 3rd party haulers to bridge the delivery service gaps between our DCs and Delivery points.

Establish or monitor specific supply chain based performance measurement systems

Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.

Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics

Relevant degree in any discipline - MBA or MSc in Transport Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

10-14 years working experience in handling logistics for or in an FMCG environment

Experience managing 3PL transport service providers for an FMCG

Willing to travel extensively

Exceptional relationship management with extensive customer interaction

Effective written, oral and presentation skills

Good knowledge of logistics management

Excellent business planning and organizing skills.
