Job Description

Will initiate and coordinate  recruitment, Selection, induction/ placement, appraisals and advancement of high caliber employees to meet the current and future manpower requirements of the organization

Ensures that job descriptions, work plans, and employee performance appraisals are timely, updated and efficiently in place across the organization

Ensure that the organization maintains good remuneration policy in order to motivate and retain high caliber employees.

Initiate action from time to time on implementation of the organization's Human Resource policies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate who will be between 35-45 years of age must have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, 3 of which must be at management level in a private or similar organization.

The successful candidate must in addition have a good University degree in Humanities or Social Sciences or Law.

Membership of relevant professional body i.e CIPMN at the full membership or Fellowship level.

The ideal candidate must be versatile in the use of computer.
