Job Description

Employee recruitment and induction 

Employee Performance management and Training

Employee relations and welfare matters

Compensation and Benefits Administration

Maintaining Employee files and HR filing system

Promoting Strategic People Management Policies and procedures within the company


Qualifications

Minimum of HND(Upper Credit( or Bachelor's degree(2.2)

30-45 years age bracket

A minimum of 10 years experience in HR/Admin, 4 of which must have been in the construction industry, preferably with an expatriate firm.

Knowledge of accepted HR practices, procedures and principles, membership of CIPM is a plus

Knowledge of MS suites i.e Word, Excel etc. and use of HR softwares

Good people Management skills
