We are a well known consulting practice with first class strategic alliance, with head office in Lagos. We are currently seeking self managed and result oriented professionals to fill various positions in the organization's Lagos, Port Harcourt and calabar.

The successful candidate will be required to drive business within the frame work of agreed budgets. They must be proficient in the management of existing and new clients.

He/She will also be required to ensure short turnaround time on projects and deliver creative solutions to meet client requirements.

Ten to fifteen years experience in human resource, learning or financial advisory services. Between three to five years of these must have been in a well structured consulting practice.

Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts

Experience in proposal/bid preparation

Track record of converting prospects to paying clients

Experience in consulting project management and implementation 

Sound people management skills

Excellent communication skills
