A reputable media agency and its subsidiary company with head office in Lagos require seasoned professional to fill this vacant position.

Job Description

Manage the agency's financial resources and ensure conformity of all financial reports with corporate accounting policies and principles.

Coordinate financial planning, operation and controls of the agency for optimal efficiency and ensure the functionality of the financial structure.

Oversee the treasury function to ensure cash flow for the business is secured 

Preparation of Financial, Management & audited Accounts both for regulatory bodies and Board of Directors.

Liaise with external bodies such as banks, Tax auditors from state and Fed. Govt and company's external auditors.

Supervise sundry issues such as:PHCN matters. Phone & internet matters, Log book, ensuring order in office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution preferably in Economics and Accounting.

Must be ICAN/ACA/ACCA Certified.

Minimum of 7 years experience from reputable organization with exposure to the Advertising industry

Self -confident with ability to withstand pressure.

Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideal age should be between 32-40 years.
