A leading company in the Oil & Gas service sector seek to hire to professionals in their Oil and gas/ Marine division.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years proven experience in Law.He/she must have experience in commercial contracts,litigations and dispute resolutions and must have spent the last three years in the employment of a marine company.

Co-ordinate the legal dimension and activities of the company.

Acts as commercial Manager by being involved in negotiation and actions pre-project take-off

Providing legal advice on staff,finnancial and contractual and institutional matters.

Revise public procurement notices and contracts to be signed by the company.

Oganize,prepare agengas for, and take minutes of management meetings.

Advice the organization of the legal and governance,implications and proposed policies.

Implement the legal processes required to affect the privileges,obligations,and rights of the organization.

Have an LL.B, B.L. A master's degree or professional certification will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with the last 5 years experience in a marine company spent at a member of management.
