A leading company in the Oil & Gas service sector seek to hire to professionals in their Oil and gas/ Marine division.

The ideal candidate must have proven and extensive years of experience in the marine and offshore supply vessel market.

He/she must possess all the necessary skills to handle all aspects of the operation of a shipping company, vessel operation, maintenance, dry-docking, IACS certification process, customs, and port authorities.

The ideal candidate must have administrative and managerial experience and be able to provide overall strategic leadership ,direction and guidance for the company's operations and activities.

He/She must be responsible for setting workable growth targets and defining strategy to achieving these targets and be able to follow the set strategy punctually.

Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.

Must have a B.Sc in any of the fields of Engineering or equivalent marine degree with a masters degree in management with a minimum of second upper Division.

Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with the last 5 years experience in a marine company spent at a senior member of management.
