This position reports directly to the Executive Chairman and has the overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the organization in line with its strategic plan.

A good first degree with not less than eight years post-graduation consolidated experience in a well established setting ,five  of which should be in a managerial capacity in a media house,media agency, telecommunications or other allied agencies.

The possession of Masters degree(eg,MBA) is clearly advantageous.

The right candidate must be high in critical thinking,yet creative. He or she must be self-motivated, merit-driven and commercial oriented.

The person must be a seasoned manager of human and material resourcces with a demonstrable track record of achievements.
