A Nigerian Oil and Gas Service Company is looking to fill some upcoming construction and installation projects.They seek for technically proficient, highly motivated and adaptable individuals, who can work within a team structure and deliver results set by Management and project team

Job Description

Provide purchasing support for project team(s) including expedition and administration of equipment and material purchase and/or service orders.

Provide regular status on equipment and material purchase and/or service order expediting status.

Maintaining the expediting records, correspondence and status report in eROOM.

Ensure that all materials and equipments are purchased and materials are ordered and tracked according to project schedule and guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business with minimum 3 years purchasing experience in the oil and gas industry, OR Higher National Diploma(HND) with related 5 years of practical purchasing experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Demonstrated conceptual and practical understanding of procurement process.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite Application,(Access, Project, Power point, Excel, Word and Outlook).Windows / NT Operating Systems, Adobe professional suite. Data base usage and manipulation, AutoCAD, and Web based application.

Proven ability to communicate and to apply interpersonal / Organizational Skills in order to obtain the cooperation of others as required.
