Job Description

Monitor financial transactions at the sites, including reviewing financial transactions for compliance with the programme’ financial and administrative policies, and rendering report on findings.

Implement APIN’s financial and administrative policies, including coordination and control of the office budget.

Track budget implementation for the office and programme sites.

Review monthly financial report of the programme office.

Maintain records of fixed asset by updating the fixed asset register.

Manage PAYE tax remittance and liaise with tax authorities on tax matters.

Review staff travel and other advances, carry out age-long analysis and prepare bi-weekly report.

Qualifications

A B.Sc or HND in Accounting or any related discipline, with a relevant professional qualification (ACA or ACCA) and a minimum of seven years’ experience in the Finance function of a best—practice organization,preferably in an NGO.
