Job Description
Initiate and ensure effective implementation of the board approved strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of development projects.
Coordinate walfare and capacity building programmes and interactions with relevant communities and stakeholders.
Constantly develop new projects and livelihood development initiatives.
Lead drive for sponsorships of various projects and activities.
Establish and ensure open and transparent communication with the board of trustees.
Qualifications
A first Degree, preferably in humanities, public health, social sciences or related discipline from a reputable institution.
A master's degree in relevant field will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years professional experience with related NGO focus.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with outstanding relationship and business development capabilities.
